For this year's Winter Feast Beer Dinner, Executive Chef David has prepared a new five-course menu of delicious dishes, each perfectly paired with a 5oz pour of Mare Island Brewing Co. beer. Celebrate the season as Chef David introduces each course, sharing the inspiration behind his creations, while our Co-Founders, Kent and Ryan, dive into the stories behind the brews.
