Hey y'all — Chef David here. This is where it all starts.

Starting this month I'm hosting monthly pop-ups across all three of our taprooms and I'm kicking the whole thing off at the Coal Shed Beer Garden with street tacos the way I make them. Fresh tortillas, meat fired hot on the plancha, rice, beans, and a full salsa bar on the side. You load it up the way you want it.

Here's what I'm serving:

• Marinated Chicken Tacos
• Pork Carnitas Tacos
• Carne Asada Tacos
• Combo Plate (one of each)

Three tacos per order with rice and black beans. White corn tortillas. Self-serve salsa bar with housemade Salsa Verde, Salsa Roja, fresh lime, onion and cilantro. Gluten free.

I'm only running this til 7PM and when the food's gone it's gone.
