I'm setting up outside our First Street Taphouse, and shucking oysters fresh to order until we run out.

The Menu:

• Fresh Shucked Oysters from Hog Island off the cold, crushed ice: ordered in multiples of 6
• Served with lemon, Tabasco & housemade mignonette
