🌮 Mexican-Inspired Menu – Crafted just for this event:

• Chips & Guac (Vegetarian) – House-made Tortilla Chips with fresh Avocado, Cilantro, Red Onion & Lime.
• Cheese Tamales (Vegetarian) – Oaxaca Cheese filled Tamales w/ Roasted Tomatillo Salsa‍
• Chicken Tamales – Shredded marinated Chicken wrapped in Masa, steamed in Corn Husks & topped with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa.
• Crispy Potato Taquitos (Vegetarian) – Potato and Fire Roasted Pepper filled Taquitos, Avocado Cilantro Creme, Black Bean Sauce, and Cotija
• Quesabirria Tacos – Slow-cooked Beef, Queso Oaxaca, Cilantro & Onion, with Consommé for dipping.‍
• Rock Cod & Shrimp Ceviche – Locally caught, marinated in fresh Lime, mixed with Cucumber, Tomato, Onion & Jalapeño
